Time doesn't stop for anyone!

Wow! It's been a long time since our family blog has been updated! I'm not sure who, if anyone, checks this but it's alot of fun to create it.
We have began yet another chapter of our life. Hopefully in one year we'll have good reports to share. Tim is undergoing some amazing training in Denver, CO. He has been back and forth from here to CO the past 4 weeks. He has quite a bit more training to do before he gets to take hold of the responsibilities of a business owner. American Family Insurance has a new agent! For those of you in WA state give him a call! We are looking forward to this new endeavor.
As for the rest of the family, we are looking forward to summer break. SOOOOO looking forward to it. Our tires on the car need a break from shuttle service. Sports, activities, church, and many other things have kept us busy.
Kiana is doing well at BYUI. She is ready for a well deserved break in July. Devon has been doing well in some leadership positions in church. Sierra has been doing any and every sport that doesn't overlap the one she is currently in. She stays super busy. Mandy has been learning the ropes as a 6th grader in Middle School. She played volleyball, soccer, and was on the swimteam. Jared has been trying to adjust to his little sister going to school with him. He has taken alot of time out of his playground time protecting her. Kara has had quite a year. She started out being really sick for 2 months. She's doing well now though and keeps everyone going and smiling.
I'm sure I missed alot but that's been our year in a nut shell.

Another School Year Is Almost Over

June 11th Tim and I move into uncharted waters. Kiana is graduating! She's so ready.
We have been SO busy since our last entry. Between Jared and Mandy's soccer, Sierra's basketball, volleyball, and soon soccer, Devon's Driver's Ed, Apple Blossom for Kiana, change of jobs for Tim, church callings, and Sheri starting real estate again, there's not much time for anything else these days. We do enjoy our time together when we have time.

Our newest family missionary!

Ryan Otis, My nephew, entered the MTC on the 7th of January. He is on his way to the Everette, Washington mission to serve two years. We are so proud of this decision and are excited for him. He's a great kid...I mean man.
By the way, he's the one hugging his mom.

HALLOWEEN FUN!

We had a lot of fun helping the kids get dressed up for Halloween. Sierra, Mandy, Jared, & Kara trick-or-treated around the neighborhood then we hit the church trunk-or-treat. They each came home with a sick amount of candy. Kiana went trunk-or-treating and hit a party afterwards.

Winthrop, WA outing

We took a sunday drive to Winthrop. Tim and I both camped there as kids(not together). It was alot of fun to share memories with the family.
We've been having a great time spending time with Holton. We'll be very sad when he decides to go back to Utah. Hopefully that won't happen too soon. Mama Jo and Papa De will especially miss him. He's been staying with them for the past 4 weeks.

August wedding

Nikki and Chris were married in the SLC temple on August 8th, 2008. One of the busiest days in temple history. Everything went great and on schedule. Nikki made a beautiful bride. We are so proud of them. Best of wishes you two!
As far as the 2,000 miles we drove in 6 days? A memory that will be forever in our memories. Our family had a great time visiting with old friends and reaquainting ourselves with them. We have met some of the greatest people on this trip.

THANK YOU!
